This week, I am excited to hear this topic which is my field in interest. A lot of researchers have tried to describe, explain this question " WHICH ONE IS THE BEST WAY TO MANAGE - LEADERSHIP." Some says that leader must follow the Douglas Mc Gregor's theorie which is "X", others have suggested following the theorie "Y" of Douglas Mc Gregor. Another method of management, leader should be flexible and also strong implementing a decision. Another method of management, leader must follow the system M.P.Entrepreneur, Integrity, and we learned another method " Ringi", other one is a top down for major decision. So, everyone has a definition of management but applying your definition is a big deal.
In conclusion, the best way to manage is very difficult to explain, it depends on someone which one is the best for him because when you are leader, you find out a million of problems that you have never resolve, known before. After that, you learn, analyse, make a right decision.
There is proverb from my country" it's better to manage 1000 cows than manage 10 people.
I was a manager for tree different projects. I had hard times managing my human ressorces.
That's way I am eager to study at the university of Maryland in order to enhance my management skills.
